In early trading on Monday, shares of Dollar Tree topped the list of the day’s best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 5.4%. Year to date, Dollar Tree has lost about 5.0% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Tesla, trading down 8.9%. Tesla is lower by about 46.0% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, trading down 8.1%, and Marketaxess Holdings, trading up 1.5% on the day.
